The special-order studio
Order the whole warehouse
The floor is a fraction of what we can get you. We buy direct from one of North America's biggest furniture wholesalers — every piece in their 2,050+ catalogue is orderable through the outlet, most designs in several real colours, and it lands at our liquidation-margin pricing, not department-store markup.
01 /Pick the colour, see the piece
Every swatch is a real photo
No fake recolouring. When a design comes in three colours, the supplier shot all three — so what you see is exactly what arrives. Try it on the Kylie glider recliner:

Pick your piece
Browse the catalogue here, or send us a photo of something you saw anywhere — we'll match it to the closest reference in the catalogue.
Lock colour & price
We confirm the colourway, today's outlet price and the delivery window before you commit a dollar. No deposit games.
We call when it lands
Typical arrival is 2–4 weeks. Pick it up at the outlet or have it delivered across Greater Montréal — quoted up front.

We'll beat the tag.
Email us a photo and the price you were quoted — or bring it in store. If our supplier's warehouse has it, we'll order the same piece at outlet pricing.
